Find Your Flow In The Park
Yoga in the Park is a signature Flow-n-Nature experience designed to bring mindful movement into the beauty of the outdoors. These community-centered sessions invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through intentional movement, gentle guidance, and presence in nature.
Open to all levels, each class focuses on accessibility, balance, and overall well-being rather than perfection or performance. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, you’ll find a welcoming and supportive space to reset, recharge, and flow alongside community.

• Donation-based participation
• Please bring your own yoga mat, water, and wear comfortable attire
