Meet our founder
Krishna
Flow-n-Nature was founded by Krishna, a wellness entrepreneur devoted to creating spaces where people feel supported in both movement and life. As the owner of Kosmic Tea, Krishna built both brands from a deeply personal commitment to prioritizing her health and well-being recognizing that true wellness is nurtured through both mindful movement and intentional daily rituals.
Her journey began with a desire to live more balanced and aligned, leading her to embrace yoga, nature, and herbal wellness as foundational practices in her own life. What started as a personal transformation soon evolved into a greater purpose: helping others access wellness in ways that feel approachable, empowering, and sustainable.
Meet Primilee
Yoga Director
Primilee Usher. She is the founder of Open & Clear Wellness - creating and curating wellness and mindfulness products and services.
Primilee has over 20 years of yoga practice and philosophy experince. She’s also a registered nurse and medical technology leader with a strong conviction that yoga is the key to establishing a lifelong habit of movement and unlocking health.
Her vinyasa-style classes are inspired by anatomy with influences from Ashtanga, Bikram, and Rocket training. She believes that every kind of movement is a miracle and champions honoring the unique abilities of each person’s body.
“We are all part of a collective – I am a part of you, and you are a part of me. Our minds trick us into believing that we are separate because we are all different, but we are all connected and share this human experience together. That’s why I love community yoga, it allows us to make our yoga practice radical, to make it about more than just strength and poses but about each other and the world.”
Meet Tem
Instructor
A Louisiana native who traded the bayou for the Big D in 2016, Temberlee understands that life moves fast, but your spirit shouldn't have to. She initially sought out the mat as a sanctuary for managing anxiety, only to discover a profound rhythm in the power of mindfulness. While she stepped into the instructor role to deepen her own practice, she found her true calling in helping others shift their energy and reclaim their peace. By day, she navigates the corporate world, but she always returns to the mat to keep her world in balance. Temberlee invites you to get out of your head and into your body, using movement to transform your energy and find calmness in the chaos.
