Where is Yoga in the Park Located?

Our sessions take place at Lake Cliff Park in Dallas, TX.

Address: 300 E Colorado Blvd, Dallas, TX 75203.

We usually gather in the open lawn area near the front of the park off Zang road. Look for the trees, flowers, fountain and yoga mats.

What time does class starts?

Yoga begins promptly at 10:00 AM. 

When the summers get hotter we do sometimes move the time up to 9:30am. 

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to check in, set up your mat, and settle into the space.

How much does it cost to attend?

Yoga in the Park is donation-based.

We welcome contributions that help support the instructors, community programming, and Flow-n-Nature wellness initiatives.

 Do I need to register in advance?

Registration is recommended but not required.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing:

• Yoga mat

• Water

• Towel or blanket

• Sunscreen

• Comfortable clothing

Optional: meditation cushion or small blanket for relaxation.

Do you provide yoga mats?

We encourage guests to bring their own mat, but we do bring a limited number of extra mats available. First come first serve.

 Is the class beginner friendly?

Yes! Our classes are open to all levels, including beginners.

Instructors provide modifications and guidance, so you can move at your own pace.

What type of yoga do you practice?

Flow-n-Nature classes typically include:

• Gentle Flow

• Vinyasa-style movement

• Breathwork

• Meditation

• Sound bowl relaxation

Each class is designed to help you reset, reconnect, and recharge in nature.

What happens if it rains?

If weather conditions are unsafe or raining heavily, the class will be canceled unless we can find an indoor space a week prior to Sunday.

Updates will be posted on our Instagram and website.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely!

Yoga in the Park is about community wellness, so feel free to bring friends, family, or coworkers.

Are pets allowed?

Lake Cliff Park is pet friendly, but we ask that:

• Dogs remain leashed

• Owners remain responsible for their pets

Can beginners really do this class?

Yes! Flow-n-Nature classes are designed so everyone can participate, regardless of experience.

Your only goal is to move, breathe, and enjoy the moment.

Will music be played?

Yes! We often include calming music and sound bowls to enhance the experience and create a peaceful atmosphere.

Who leads the class?

Classes are led by certified Flow-n-Nature instructors who are passionate about community wellness, movement, and mindfulness.

Is parking available?

Yes. Free street parking is available around Lake Cliff Park.

We recommend arriving early to secure a convenient spot.

Are children allowed to attend?

Yes! Children are welcome to join Yoga in the Park.

Flow-n-Nature is a family-friendly community experience, and we love seeing families practice together in nature.

We simply ask that:

• Children remain supervised by a parent or guardian

• Kids respect the yoga space and others practicing nearby

• Parents bring anything their child may need to stay comfortable during the session

Children are welcome to participate, relax on a blanket, or play quietly nearby while parents enjoy the class.

Will photos or videos be taken during Yoga In The Park?

Yes. Photography and video recording may take place during Yoga in the Park for promotional and marketing purposes. This content may be used by Flow-n-Nature across our social media platforms, website, promotional materials, and other digital or print communications.

By attending the event, you acknowledge and consent that you may appear in group photos or video footage captured during the experience.

If you would prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform a Flow-n-Nature team member upon arrival and we will make every reasonable effort to respect your request.
